Activities:

I was re-united with two of my children, Sara and Nico after I was rescued by MONA and have adopted three other little monkeys since then who keep me very busy!

Interests:

I love fussing over all my children and friends and giving them loads of kisses and reinforcing our family bonds with lots of grooming.

About Me:

I was born in the wild in Africa in 1979 but was bought by a photographer in the Canary Islands who took photos of me with the tourists. After that, I was sold the same circus trainer in Valencia who owned several of my other chimp friends now at Mona.

They say my life has been the hardest of all the chimps at the sanctuary because before my rescue I was used to produce as many babies as possible. All of these babies were taken away from me and sold or trained for the entertainment industry. Although I am very quite, I am told my sweetness knows no limits and I give lots of kisses and caresses to all of my companions.
